Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Bulk orders may take additional time depending on the size and specifications of the order. You will be informed of any potential delays.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and destination
    • In Denpasar, Sanur, Canggu, and Kuta/Legian: Orders received before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day by 5:30 PM.
    • Rest of Indonesia: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on the courier’s schedule.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for potential delays due to traffic, holidays, or unforeseen events.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping. Please contact us directly so we can arrange your order.

Shipping Fees

We offer free delivery within Denpasar, Sanur, Canggu, and Kuta/Legian. For orders outside of these areas, shipping fees are calculated based the courier's fees.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Condition: Fabrics must be returned in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition. Any fabric that has been altered or damaged after delivery is not eligible for a return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Clearance items or products marked as final sale .
    • Sample requests are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us through our WhatsApp number +62 813-3968-6836‬ with your Invoice number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
  4. Return Shipping: Ensure that the fabric is securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number for safe delivery. Silky Jaya is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • Processing: If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
