What types of fabrics do you offer ?
  • We offer a wide range of fabrics in both woven and knit. Included but not limited to; rayon, viscose, cotton, lyocell, bamboo, cupro, linen, hemp, silk, and many certified eco-friendly fabrics.
How can I place an order ? 
  • To place an order, browse our collection and add your desired fabrics to the cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can review your order and make payment. 
What payment methods do you accepts ?
  • As of now, we only accept credit/debit cards payments.

Do you offer international shipping ?
  • Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What are the shipping fees?
  • We offer free delivery in Denpasar, Sanur, Canggu, and Kuta/Legian. Note that we will need your signature as proof of delivery.
  • If you are located in other provinces in Indonesia, we will arrange shipment with a courier. Shipping fees will be charged based on your location and courier rates.
  • For international orders, please reach out to us via WhatsApp so we can assist you with your purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the courier’s rates.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
  • Within Bali, orders received before 3PM will be delivered the same day before 5:30PM. After that time, delivery will be scheduled for the next day. Shipping to other parts of Indonesia usually take 3-5 business days, while international orders may take  7-14 business days, depending on the courier and destination. 

  • Orders will be processed from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or public holidays.
  • Your order will not be shipped if we can't confirm your payment or your payment was not in a full amount.
What is your return policy ?
  • Our store has a no-refund policy. However, should there be an issue with the fabric quality, or the order, please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

  • We only accept returns within 7 days of purchase and only if the fabric is in its original condition. If the fabric has been washed, cut, or altered in any way, we will not accept the return, and no refund will be issued. Please check our Shipping & Returns page for more information

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How can i contact customer service ?
  • You can contact our customer service through the contact form on our website, by email at info@silkyjaya.com, or by phone at +62 819‑1384‑1766. Our customer service team is available from 8 AM to 5 PM WITA, Monday to Saturday. 

How can I get samples?
  • If you are outside of Bali, please contact us to discuss your fabric requirements. We are happy to send samples free of charge with shipping costs at customers expense.

Do you offer bulk purchases?
  • Yes, we offer bulk purchases. Please contact us directly for more details and to discuss your specific needs.

Do you have a physical store ?
  • We currently have two showrooms in Bali, located in Denpasar and Canggu. Visit our showrooms to see the fabrics in person.

Are your fabrics eco-friendly ?
  • We strive to offer eco-friendly fabrics and support sustainable practices. Many of our fabrics are eco-certified and are produced using environmentally friendly methods.
